You can either draw your Day Card on the evening before or on the morning of the concerning day. Draw one card - that's your Day Card. Try to find as many aspects of its meaning in the situations of the concerning day as possible, and reflect on how best to handle them.

An example: You've drawn the Five of Rods. So if today you encounter situations in which there is competition, in which you have to show your strength, then think of the Five of Rods. Think about that the competition the card points out is usually rather playful. So try to deal with it in a playful way. You can engage with it - but don't take it too seriously.
